WHERE CAN I FIND MY REWARDS?
Your Rewards panel is visible in the right corner at the bottom of your screen. Click here to go to ‘Rewards’ and get your discount voucher.
Can I use multiple reward discount codes at checkout? Or use a reward discount code with another promo code?
No, a reward discount code cannot be combined with any other promo or reward code. Only one code may be used at checkout at a time.
Is there a minimum order requirement for redeeming rewards discount codes?
No. Simply apply your chosen discount code at checkout.
How do I earn points and rewards for my purchases?
With Fasting Support Rewards, you can earn points on all purchases and redeem them for discount codes that can be used towards any product. You cannot earn rewards on the cost of shipping, only the costs of the product(s).
Please note that while everyone can earn points on an order, you must have an active account before you can start redeeming points. If you don't already have an account (or are unsure if you've made one), please create one by clicking here.

HOW DO I JOIN? DOES IT COST ANYTHING?
It's free to join!
Create an account (or sign in if you already have one). Be sure to sign in whenever you make a purchase in order to receive your rewards!
We can't offer rewards for purchases made if you check out as a guest.
HOW DOES REFER FRIENDS WORK?
You will get a $10 voucher on your next purchase when your friend places an order with us for the first time.
HOW DO I USE MY rewards?
To redeem your rewards, sign in and go to the Rewards dashboard, located on the 'Rewards' button on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Redeem rewards by clicking on the "Ways to redeem".
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes, rewards expire.
If you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 12 months (i.e. no earning or spending of rewards) then your rewards balance will be set back to zero.
WHERE CAN I FIND HOW MANY REWARD POINTS I HAVE?
You can find your reward points balance on the Rewards dashboard, located on the 'Rewards' button on the bottom right hand corner of the screen or in you Fasting Support account.
CAN I EARN REWARD POINTS ON PAST PURCHASES?
No, reward points cannot be added to your account retroactively.
CAN I RETURN A REWARD?
Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or service or a monetary refund.
Rewards may not be combined with any other vouchers or promotion.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can cancel your account at any time.
